The Blue Ash Northeast Democratic Club (BANDC) is a dynamic group of Northeast Hamilton County Democrats with a mission of building a local Democratic presence and supporting Democratic candidates.

TODD PORTUNE and DENISE DRIEHAUS
Commissioner TODD PORTUNE is running for re-election. Todd is now serving his 4th term as Hamilton County Commissioner.
- Todd was President of the Board in 2007-08 and again in 2010. Todd is
- Immediate Past President of the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana (OKI) Regional Council of Governments Board of Trustees,
- Chairs the Hamilton County Transportation Improvement District, and
- Chairs the Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste Management District.
Todd is leading the effort to solve the crisis with Cincinnati over the Metropolitan Sewer District. He is has a bold vision on county economic development and strategic transportation enhancements. Todd is a native of Cincinnati, and a graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Law.
DENISE DRIEHAUS is running for one of the two open positions on the Hamilton County Commission.
Denise is serving her 8th and final year as State Representative from Ohio’s 31st House district. In the Ohio Legislature, Denise has been a passionate advocate for education. She successfully co-sponsored House Bill 70 to expand Cincinnati’s Community Learning Center (CLC) model statewide. Since 2000, CLCs have closed achievement gaps, increased graduation rates and provided services to communities in Cincinnati. Denise has worked on other bills addressing job creation, education, opioid addiction, human trafficking, and quality of life issues, such as, support for the arts, entertainment districts and parks and recreation. Denise a lifelong resident of Cincinnati, and she is a graduate of Miami University.
